Last year was very successful for Ghelamco. In DEC 2017 the developer finalized the sale of Przystanek mBank in Łódź. LCN Capital Partners became a new owner of the building for approx. EUR 60 million. In APR 2018 Madison International Real Estate has taken a 50% stake in the Warsaw Spire tower, becoming an equal owner alongside Ghelamco. The value of the skyscraper is approx. EUR 350 million. In OCT 2018 Ghelamco sold building C of the Warsaw Spire complex. The new owner is CA Immo, the value of the transaction was approx. EUR 100 million.
Ghelamco doesn’t slow down with new investments – the company announced plans to expand and to develop further projects on regional markets: Łódź, Kraków and Katowice, and to continue construction of The Warsaw HUB.
Last year was also a time of big leases: IHG took 21,000 sqm in The Warsaw HUB, and Standard Chartered has chosen the project for its global service centre. 9,000 sqm in the office building .big has been entirely leased to State Street.
