We should be considered for the award on the basis of progress made and current profile since only a few years ago. The PjM team at C&W was historically loss-making but has been transformed in a very short time frame to a lean and profitable team. The team is international with good gender balance and a great skill set. It has secured a long list of high quality mandates this year and last (full client list above) and is very well regarded by piers within C&W and on the local markets.
A great pipeline is already in place for 2018 and beyond.
