• Hillwood, a leading US real estate developer, on the large cross-border sale of a logistics portfolio in Poland and Germany to CBRE Global Investors. The Hillwood portfolio consists of four standing logistics parks in Poland, totalling 220,608 m2. The total portfolio, including existing assets and developments, comes to almost 426,500 m2.
• Bouwfonds European Residential Fund (BERF) on the acquisition of the residential project „Apartamenty Novum” on Rakowicka Street in Cracow's city centre;
• a fund managed by CBRE Global Investors on the sale of companies (under a share deal) that are the owners of Trinity Office Park II and Prosta Office Centre office buildings; and
• White Star Real Estate and Europa Capital on a joint-venture investment related to the acquisition of Plac Małachowskiego office building in central Warsaw.

Advised or advising:
• Capital Park (a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, with Patron Capital being the major shareholder) on the ArtN office-retail scheme in the centre of Warsaw (including redevelopment of the former Norblin factory);
• Polskie LNG S.A. on an approx. EUR 700 million project aimed at the development of the first LNG Terminal in Świnoujście which will enable the off-take of natural gas in order to increase the energy security of Poland; and
• Golub GetHouse on the construction of Mennica Legacy Towers in Warsaw, a class "A" office development in the centre of Warsaw.
