7R Park Wrocław West II is the first 7R Green Saver facility, a sustainable warehouse solution designed to benefit both tenants and investors. It achieved over 50% reduction in operational CO2 emissions and over 70% reduction in primary energy demand, compared to buildings constructed in acc. with Polish building regulations. This generates significant savings on operating costs for tenant and enhances investment value. The facility achieved 95,6% in the BREEAM International New Construction Ver. 6 scheme - the highest score for industrial building in continental Europe. It earned 100% points in their categories for energy efficiency and water management. This was achieved through the use of high-efficiency air-source heat pumps, a PV in conjunction with own energy storage system with daylight dimming control with astronomical timer. Water-saving solutions include fire pumps cooling system with recirculation, greywater recovery, metering irrigation points and aerators in faucets.
