Other projects in portfolio include: The Park Warsaw – building 1-7 (75,600 sqm), with a total of 12 planned for the future, Diamond Business Park Gliwice (48,000 sqm), DBP Stryków (29,756 sqm), DBP Ursus (over 49,000 sqm), Fabryka PZO (11 710 sqm), PZO II (6100 sqm), X20 (16 000 sqm), Praga 306 (12 000 sqm), Radom Office Park (9 700 sqm), The Park Kraków (12 000 sqm; currently, 2 buildings have been completed, with a total of 8 planned for the future). Between October 2020 and June 2022 White Star Real Estate completed:
PZO II - a unique office project that offers a wide range of amenities. It is the second stage of the PZO Factory and its architectural continuation. In addition to the office space, the building's amenities include a gym and a food hall with bar, café area and restaurants.
The Park Kraków Building B1. The Park Kraków will eventually consist of 8 office buildings, offering a total of approximately 100,000 square meters of high-quality rental space. In January 2023, the first tenants moved into Building B1, and the commercialization of Building B2 is ongoing, while Buildings B3 and B4 have received construction permits. The entire complex of The Park Kraków has been designed in accordance with biophilic design principles. The investment is certified under the BREEAM system.
