The company ESG reporting mode (short description)
Panattoni is in the process of preparing for ESG reporting. The entire process will be led by an independent team of consultants and reporting will be done according to the EU standards.
The due diligence process for Panattoni's entire European portfolio is currently underway. Among other things, CO2 measurements are being conducted to establish a baseline. Before it happens ESG is measured using a combination of key performance indicators and external validation, such as building certification.
Green certificates obtained for the investments developed or purchased by your company
Between July 2022 - June 2023 Panattoni obtained 88 certificates, incl. 39 BREEAM Excellent and 2 Outstanding (the first certificate on the market in PL). The certificates cover 3 buildings in CZE and 86 in PL. Certified space totals 2.5MM sqm, 1.3MM await cert. with 4 investments at Outstanding lev
The company activities in environmental protection
Activities cover construction and operation phases of the buildings including minimization of energy/water consumption, waste recycling and reuse, low-emission transportation, rainwater retention, utilization of energy from RES, climate change mitigation and enhancement of biodiversity. Emboded carbon is lower by 20% on everage. All new parks are BREEAM Excellent certified and have roofs reinforced for photovoltaics – 1.8MM sqm in CEE so far, including 0.7MM during the period considered.
The company activities in social responsibility
Panattoni has a positive impact on local communities by creating essential road infrastructure, constructing pavements, installing bus stops. Noise or light pollution are analysed and mitigated. Developer supports communities through charitable activities or financial donations. During the period considered, it donated 350k EUR for various purposes, including Piszczek BVB football academia for the youth, Iskierka Foundation, Ostrov Children's Film Festival, Kids Fishing Tournament in Hostoun.

Panattoni policies and procedures govern both internal and external relations. Company’s organisational culture is based on compliance with the law, respect for ethical business conduct, respect for the individual, inclusion, gender equality and diversity. Panattoni’s procurement decisions consider both social and environmental criteria, fostering a socially responsible supply and value chain. The developer prioritize collaboration with local businesses to minimize its carbon footprint.
