Savills Building & Project Consultancy (BPC) has provided advisory to:

NREP in the acquisition of a controlling stake in one of the largest logistics property developer in Poland - 7R by performing technical and environmental due diligence - one of the largest processes on the Polish real estate market.

Polska Wytwórnia Papierów Wartościowych (PWPW S.A.) on the acquisition of over 17 hectares of land in Warsaw as a technical advisor. It has been one of the largest land transactions on the Polish commercial real estate market in recent years.

Greenberg Traurig Poland by performing project management and technical support on their new HQ project in Varso Tower, the tallest office building in EU. Savills handled the process comprehensively, from preparation of the conceptual design, selection of solutions for the new office, through management and supervision of the fit-out works.

Bird & Bird Poland including comprehensive project management and technical support services on their new HQ project in Central Point, Warsaw. As a result, the office space was tailor-made for the client’s needs and in line with the latest trends.

The past 12 months were a real breakthrough for Savills Building & Project Consultancy. During that period of time the team has provided technical advisory for assets with a total area of 4.5 million sq m, including 70 high-end fit-outs with a total area of 50,000 sq m and the team has grown by more than 50%. Savills was a part of the biggest transactions on the market. As a technical advisor for NREP the team provided one of the largest technical and environmental due diligence on the Polish commercial real estate market.
At a time of dynamically changing costs of materials, the team was able to respond to the challenges by offering unique solutions that allow clients to make real savings. Thanks to its innovative Open Book by Savills formula, the BPC department is able to fully manage the construction process and give the client a control over the cost of construction works. The value of construction works in the Open Book formula in the last 12 months exceeded PLN 40 million.
