Why you should be considered for the award
In Europe, the operation of buildings accounts for around 40 per cent of energy consumption and 36 per cent of CO2 emissions. In order to reduce these values, the decarbonisation of buildings is necessary and this is what JWA helps its clients with. We support companies in the process of building certification (e.g. BREEAM, LEED, WELL etc.). Certified buildings are more energy efficient and generate a smaller carbon footprint. On an annual basis, they emit approximately 30% less CO2, consume almost 37% less energy, use over 60% less water. We help decarbonise facilities through energy efficiency optimisation (Net Zero service including energy efficiency audit, CRREM compliance assessment, building energy model and a range of recommended solutions to reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions in the building). We guide companies through EU regulations by verifying building compliance with the EU taxonomy, developing CSRD and SFDR compliant reports and ESG strategies and reports.
