Zoltan Fekete leads GTC as the President of the Management Board and CEO since March 2022, however he has been associated with the company since July 2020. As Chairman of the Supervisory Board, he actively participated in strengthening the name of GTC as an industry leader in the CEE commercial real estate development market. Properties sold between October 2020 and June 2022
GTC's most significant transaction during this period was the sale of its Belgrade office portfolio to the Hungarian investor Indotek Group. The agreement was covered the sale of 11 buildings within 5 business parks of a total 122,175 sq m GLA with high occupancy rates, located in the New Belgrade district. Sale completed in January 2022 was became one of the largest real estate transactions in the last 5 years on the CEE market. The sale price was 267.6 mln euro, 2 mln euro above the book value.
Moreover in November 2020, GTC also completed the sale of one of its Hungarian assets, Spiral, an A-class office building with a total leasable area of 30,541 sq m. The sale was generated EUR 41m of free cash.

The Pillar, Budapest, 29 100 sq m. The Pillar is an important development for the market, with the largest pre-lease contract in the history of the Hungarian office market, signed by GTC and ExxonMobil, in 2019.
Advance Business Center II, Sofia, Bulgaria – 17,800 sq m. ABC II is GTC’s second development project within Business Park Sofia. The complex is abundant with green zones, water cascades and benches, creating an attractive space for relaxation. Ultramodern and minimalistic architecture is the signature of ABC II, providing an excellent modern, versatile, and sustainable workplace to corporate occupiers.
Matrix B, Zagreb, Croatia – 10,700 sq m. The building offers A-class office space and is one of GTC's green champion buildings in terms of innovative ecological solutions During the design and construction of Matrix B, great attention was paid to respecting the environment by following best practices in terms of energy efficiency e.g. thanks to use of geothermal energy.

- Sofia Tower II, Sofia, Bulgaria – 8 300 sq m. The new tower will be located above the GTC-owned Mall of Sofia shopping centre, located in the central business district of Sofia.
- GTC X, Belgrade, Serbia -16 800 sq m. GTC X will become a new landmark office project in the Belgrade central business district. The futuristic design in combination with smart sustainable solutions will make sure the building will become another first-tenant choice when it comes to meeting their work environment demands.
- Matrix C, Zagreb, Croatia, - 10 500 sq m. The building will be the third building of Matrix Office Park in Zagreb located in the prestigious business district of the city.
- Rose Hill Business Campus, Budapest – 14 700 sq m.
