Tomasz is a Cracovian, multiple Polish amateur champion in alpine skiing, a philosopher, and an entrepreneur for over 20 years. 7R is a dynamically developing developer that has doubled the number of sqm delivered in recent years (year-by-year). From October 2020, we have commissioned xxx sqm certified and modern warehouse and production space. We work with top international investors - in the analyzed period, we sold 20 projects to funds (our clients include funds such as Macquarie Group, Savills Investment Management and Generali Real Estate). We are gradually expanding the portfolio of our own projects. Currently, we have over 500,000 sqm in preparation. We have a rich portfolio of future projects in Poland and the Czech Republic. We build with the entire life cycle of buildings in mind, which is why we pay great attention to their pro-ecological character. In our actions, we follow the principles of sustainable development. In June 2022, we published our first ESG report. We are working on a decarbonisation plan and supporting clients in this area.
