VARSO TOWER
Varso Tower is the tallest building in the European Union. The 53-storey tower designed by Foster + Partners is a top destination for companies seeking premium office space with care for the comfort and health of its users. Created with well-being and ESG criteria in mind its large-span floorplates deliver flexible workspace layouts with unparalleled views of Warsaw. More than 70% of office space available has already been leased. Its central location offers excellent public transport access and many amenities within walking distance. Varso Tower contributes to the public realm with dozens newly planted trees. It has transformed a once neglected area into one of the new symbols of Warsaw. The impressive sleek lobby pays an homage to modernist traditions and the history of Warsaw. Its two walls are decorated with a colourful mosaic consisting of 1,800 hand-made ceramic tiles. Tourists will soon visit two public rooftop terraces at the top – among the highest in Europe.

Users can count on WELL-accredited healthy working conditions and generous access to natural light through 4-metre-tall panoramic windows made of energy-efficient glass. The building boasts state-of-the-art facilities including advanced HVAC systems fitted with individual control, high speed double-decker elevators and rainwater harvesting for watering plants, to name a few. There are 250 parking stalls for bicycles, locker rooms and showers.
