Piotr Bracka, PhD - Has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. In 2013, he established the first Bremer branch in Poland, taking the position of Member of the Board, and from 2022 President of the Polish company. He is responsible for delivering more than 3.2 million high-end logistics and manufacturing space to the local market.
Previously, he worked at Goldbeck as Managing Director of the company's Polish branch. He is a graduate of the Cracow University of Technology. |

Bremer is a leading general contractor of large-scale buildings on the Polish market. We specialize in the construction of turnkey buildings, including warehouses, logistics centers, manufacturing plants and industrial parks.
Over the 11 years of our operations in Poland, we have completed 128 projects in 45 locations, delivering a total of approximately 3.2 million square meters of modern warehouse and manufacturing space. We offer solutions in which technological innovation goes hand in hand with concern for the environment. Our projects are implemented in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, as confirmed by numerous BREEAM certifications at the Excellent level. We operate in the "Design and Build" formula, managing each stage of the investment - from plot review, through detailed design, development of full documentation and obtaining the necessary permits, to comprehensive implementation and commissioning of the facility. |

Between July 2023 and June 2024, we completed and delivered nearly 200,000 sq m of high-tech warehouse and manufacturing space with a total project value of more than €111 million.

Projects under construction
We are currently managing 8 projects involving the comprehensive construction of warehouses designed in accordance with sustainable development principles. We advise investors on technology and innovation. We implement green solutions on the investments, such as: photovoltaic installations, heat pumps, solar panels, gray water recovery system, electric vehicle chargers, BMS, LED lighting, DALI lighting control system, leakage monitoring system, bicycle sheds, relaxation zones, new green plantings, flower meadows, recycled finishing materials.

Bremer, as a general contractor, has delivered about 3.2 million sqm of space (about 10% of the volume of the country's warehouse market) over 11 years of operation in Poland. During this time, we have completed projects that are demanding in terms of technology - Żabka's logistics center in Małopole, as well as space (warehouses of about 100,000 sqm) - Zalando in Olsztynek (Hillwood) and Bydgoszcz (Panattoni), Amazon in Wroclaw (Goodman), Hillwood warehouses in Lodz, Przytoczna and Przyłęki. Today, despite strong competition and market changes, we continue to deliver the largest investments in Poland.
