With 20 years of experience in advising office tenants, Artur Sutor represented dozens of international and local clients that leased >1 million sqm of workspace. He has established a reputation as a respected advisor and a charismatic business leader. Before launching ITRA Polska, he had co-founded Cresa Polska and had previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank. He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw School of Economics. He is a licensed real estate broker.

The orgins of the company and how it started out
The recent changes in consulting firms caused by the consolidations of large global players have left a gap in the Polish real estate market. Having observed the market for many years, Artur Sutor noticed the awareness of tenants was increasing. They needed comprehensive service and dedicated support from advisors who had no risk of a conflict of interest resulting from their company representing developers or landlords. Seeing the demand for transparent relationships, ITRA Polska founders teamed up with an international partner, ITRA Global.

Company’s business model does not include advisory for developers or building owners. Notable achievements to date
When ITRA Polska started, the market was facing an ongoing pandemic, the war in Ukraine had just begun. The decision to set up a company in an uncertain market required courage and experience in calculating the risks. Against all odds, ITRA has successfully built a foundation for further growth by attracting several dozen T-rep clients and completing first significant transactions. Currently the company is expanding its team, also in order to increase its expansion in the industrial sector.
Plans for the future
Apart from strengthening its position in the Warsaw office market, ITRA Polska will continue to grow in regional cities such as Kraków, Katowice, Poznań, Gdańsk or Wrocław, after having secured a solid transaction pipeline. Consequently, the company is constantly recruiting top client-oriented experts, and it will gradually expand the team with new talents. Except from increasing its market share within the office sector, ITRA Polska is also searching for growth opportunities within the industrial segment.
