Prime Corporate Center – officially opened on 26th April 2016 – is the new headquarters of Raiffeisen Polbank. The tower at 78 Grzybowska street offers close to 20,900 sqm. of lettable space located across 23 floors. The building has been designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz architecture office from Chicago that cooperated with Epstein Warsaw office. The office building is BREEAM “Very Good” certified. Investment has been completed within just two years since the beginning of construction.

Mennica Legacy Tower – a joint investment by Golub GetHouse and Mennica Polska S.A. – comprising a 140-meter high tower and an adjacent 43-meter building, will be located on the junction of Prosta and Żelazna streets, mere 200 meters from the 'Rondo Daszyńskiego' subway station. The office complex will offer a total of 65,630 sq m of lease space. The tower will house 50,752 sq m and the Western building will provide another 14,880 sq m. Thanks to the large area of a typical floor - 2,000 sq m gross - and to the outstanding arrangement flexibility of offices, Mennica Legacy Tower will meet the highest standards of use ergonomics.
Design by the renowned studio Goettsch Partners and verified for compliance with the Polish construction provisions by Epstein, will offer unique architecture, functionality, top-quality finishing materials and advanced technological solutions compliant with the BREEAM 'Excellent' green certification standards.

Golub GetHouse has finalized the largest office investment transaction with the lowest yield in the history of Polish commercial real estate. Sale agreement of Prime Corporate Center was concluded with Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate and was valued at circa 90 milions euros. The transaction had a great impact on the market as it was a true completed deal in year 2016, finalized within just 7 months from the start of operations to sign the final agreement.
The company is currently focused on the development and leasing process of Mennica Legacy Tower. Comprising a 140-meter high tower and an adjacent 43-meter building, the complex will provide 65,630 sqm of state-of-the art office space just 200 meters from the "Rondo ONZ" metro station in Warsaw. Additionally, Golub GetHouse company is planning to invest in another commercial properties, halls of residence and flats for rent.
