mycowork in Poland includes currently three locations, at myhive Park Postepu, myhive Nimbus and the flagship one - at 38th floor of myhive Warsaw Spire. Each of them comprises between 35 and 50 desks. They all were officially opened in 2021. They are all offering the possibility of "spontaneous" booking of a desk - mydesk, room for project teams - myroom or myflex – which includes access to all mycowork locations, for all those who like to work in a changing environment and do not need a permanent workplace
The orgins of the company and how it started out
myhive brand was officially introduced and launched 6 years ago. The first myhive buildings in Poland were opened in December 2016. Currently, 10 office buildings operate under myhive brand in Warsaw (29 in total in all 6 markets where the brand is present, with over 640K of GLA). Among the brand's distinguishing features are the characteristic lobby and community management. - a new concept on the office real estate market, initiated by myhive. Over the years, the brand has evolved and from the concept for office buildings has become a determinant of a new trend related to flexible office solutions – and this is how the brand of myhive developed, creating mycowork

What differentiates the company's products/services from the competitors?
The main distinguishing feature of the new, flexible myhive products is the aspect of the space itself, i.e. approx. 10 m2 / desk (approx. 100% larger compared to the industry standard). In addition, the attractiveness of the offer is also demonstrated by the unique design and high-quality furniture, both in offices and in common areas, adequate sunlight, fit-out and noise-reducing furniture, as well as excellent office infrastructure and services. All myhive flexible spaces also comply with all health and safety regulations.
Notable achievements to date
mycowork was very well received by the tenants – which is confirmed by the very high occupancy rate. Tenants appreciate the intimacy and the boutique form of the cowork space – as it comprises up to 50 desks only.
This particular format won already three prestige trade awards on the market., which only confirms its quality and recognition.
Plans for the future
The strategic goal is further development of mycowork - if any suitable unit becomes available in any of the myhive buildings in any markets the brand is present at.
