Błażej Ciesielczak is CEO at GLP CEE. With over 20 years of experience in RE, construction and business, he leads a team responsible for developing and managing projects totalling 1.7 million sqm. The acquisition of portfolio spread across CEE has placed GLP within a select number of logistics investors with a truly pan-European platform. Local operations have been integrated efficiently, the number of clients within the region has doubled up and the CEE team has strengthened with new hires.

The 32,000 sqm Warsaw II Logistics Centre was GLP’s 1st project in PL. It was developed in accordance with the new design standard, raising the bar for warehouse space across CEE. GLP Park Lędziny offers over 110,000 sqm of warehouse space. Customers benefit from sustainability features such as solar-ready rooftops, smart metering, and electric vehicle charging stations. GLP Park Bratislava Senec (last building delivered in 2022), comprises a total of 149,000 sqm of space. It is an ideal place for business requiring a tailor-made warehouse or a production facility. GLP Park Prague Chrastany benefits from direct connection to the D5 highway and the Prague Ring road. It is home for Alza distribution centre (leading e-commerce in CZ), including a showroom, offices and client service desk. The 70,000 sqm park in Szigetszentmiklós (phase I) is GLP 1st development in Hungary. It is located on the southern outskirts of Budapest, with convenient access to the ringroad and public transport.

The acquired 2.4 M sqm portfolio is concentrated on key logistics routes with access to growing markets for e-commerce and distribution. GLP new development projects across CEE comply with the BREEAM certification requirements and enable the developer as well as its customers, to meet ambitious carbon footprint reduction goals.
