Short information about the Project: Dominikanski complex has become a significant addition to Wroclaw's business center. It is a unique project combining history and modern office space. It comprises two office buildings and the historical Oppersdorff Palace. The complex is distinguished by its modern, flexible office space, sustainable solutions and architecture, referring to the history of the place where it has been created. In comparison to the reference buildings, energy use in the Dominikański is about 17% lower and the consumption of water is lower by 45%. The success of the project is proven by the fact that it is already over 70% leased. In 2014 one of the biggest lease agreements on the office market in Polish regional cities was signed in Dominikański. HP Global Business Center leased 16,400 sqm of the office space. Another noteworthy achievement was that in Q4 of 2014 – nearly a year before the construction completion – the project was acquired by the German Union Investment fund for EUR 117 mn.
