This dedicated team cooperates closely with other departments that care, among other things, for safety, the highest quality and reliability of building and technical infrastructure, and user-friendly aesthetics of the space they stay in. The Property Maintenance Department, formed by licensed property managers, facility administrators and technical specialists, provides companies with comfort and a high standard of offices and common spaces.
The role of the Olivia Business Centre as a host goes far beyond administration and management – every day, these teams make efforts to meet the expectations of Residents while maintaining an acceptable level of costs.
