For the tenth time the Eurobuild Awards a jury has been convened, this time composed of 252 real estate professionals, and they have selected the buildings and companies that have stood out on the Polish real estate and construction markets in 2019. Around 950 people gathered at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Warsaw on December 3rd for the gala awards ceremony.
For the Polish market, the awards went to:
Elektrownia Powiśle – Office for New Office Building of the Year, Poland. The Gatehouse Offices of Warsaw Brewery came second and Generation Park Z was third.
Park Polkowice for New Small Retail Format of the Year. The park was developed by MGC Invest a company associated with Dariusz Miłek who is also the owner of shoe retailer CCC. The two runners up were N-Park Stara Iwiczna and N-Park Wrocław Maślicka.
Moxy Warsaw Praga for New Hotel of the Year, Poland. Puro Warszawa and Holiday Inn Gdańsk City Centre took second and third.
CBRE for Office Agency Team of the Year, Poland. The consultancy beat off Colliers International and JLL.
JLL for Retail Agency Team of the Year, Poland. Colliers International and CBRE also came in the top three.
JLL for Warehouse Agency Team of the Year, Poland. Axi Immo and Colliers International took second and third places.
Dentons for Law Firm of the Year, Poland. The runners up were Greenberg Traurig Grzesiak and Linklaters C. Wiśniewski i Wspólnicy.
Crido Taxand for Tax & Financial Consultancy of the Year, Poland. PwC Poland and EY also came close to taking the award.
JLL for Building Consultancy of the Year, Poland. CBRE and Colliers International came second and third.
CBRE for Property Management Company of the Year, Poland. Panattoni Europe and Colliers International also found themselves in the running.
Skanska for Real Estate Construction Company of the Year, Poland. Kajima Poland and CFE Polska were also in the top three.
CBRE for Investment Agency Team of the Year, Poland. Second and third places were taken by JLL and Colliers International.
Amazon Panattoni BTS Gliwice for New Warehouse of the Year, Poland. The runners up were 7R City Flex Łódź I and Prologis Park Wrocław IV DC4A.
Ghelamco Poland for Office Developer of the Year, Poland. Echo Investment came second and Skanska Property Poland was third.
Atrium Poland Real Estate Management for Retail Developer of the Year, Poland. Also in the running were Echo Investment and Acteeum Group.
Warsaw for Most Investor-Friendly City, Poland. Second and third places went to Kraków and Łódź.
