CEE REGION The Eurobuild Awards are not just about Poland, and prizes are also awarded to companies for their achievements across the CEE region.
This year the winners were:
Panattoni for Warehouse Developer of the Year CEE. 7R and Prologis LogisticParks were the two runners up.
Globalworth for Investor of the Year CEE, while second and third places went to Immofinanz and EPP.
Helaba for Financing Provider of the Year, CEE. Santader Bank Polska and mBank were also both in the running.
For the final award, Investment Deal of the Year CEE, the jury was most impressed by the transaction between investor Immofinanz and developer Ghelamco, in which Warsaw Spire Tower changed hands for around EUR 386 mln. The purchase of Wars Sawa Junior by Atrium and Student Depot by Japanese firm Kajima were also rated highly by the jury.
