Any shopping centre opened in Poland in 2015 is eligible to be nominated. The jury will consider the reputation of the project, the tenant mix, the occupancy rates, the financial results, the level of local competition, the quality of the design and specification, BREEAM/LEED certification and also the success of the opening.
