Any retail project (such as a shopping centre, retail park, convenience center, standalone building leased by a single tenant, retail module in a mixed-use complex, etc.) that was opened or underwent modernization in the CEE region between August 2024 and August 2025. The jury will evaluate the project's reputation, tenant mix, occupancy rates, financial results, level of local competition, design and specifications quality, BREEAM/LEED certification, as well as the success of the opening or modernization.

The quality of the design and its specifications (for example BREEAM/LEED certification)
The concept behind the strategy to compete on the local market
Footfall between August 2024 and August 2025
