New Small Retail Format of the Year, Poland

The category is open to small retail formats opened in Poland between October 2018 and September 2019, excluding refurbishments and redevelopments. Any project (shopping centres, shopping arcades, convenience centres, retails stores, retail parks) with a total area of up to 12,000 sqm is eligible. The jury will consider the reputation of the project, the tenant mix, the occupancy rates, their financial results, the strength of the local competition, the quality of the design and specification and also the success of the opening.
