New Warehouse of the Year, Poland

The award is open to any significant warehouse/distribution centre opened in Poland between October 2016 and September 2017 except for projects nominated in 2016. The jury will consider its reputation, occupancy rates, financial results, the intensity of local competition, the quality of the design and specification, BREEAM/LEED certification and the development history. Both built-to-suit projects, as well as multi-tenant projects, are eligible.

Assessment criteria:

The occupancy rates and the financial results
The quality of the design and its specifications (BREEAM/LEED certification)
The reputation of the developer and the construction company responsible for building the project
Its business potential and the economy of the surrounding area
Its key clients
