Category: Warehouse Developer of the Year, CEE

Open to any developer active in the CEE warehouse sector between July 2023 and June 2024.
The jury will consider presence, geographic range, reputation and leasing & financial figures, as well as the number, size, originality, variety and significance of projects completed.

Assessment criteria:

  • The number and size of the properties completed and sold between July 2022 and June 2023
  • The quality of service offered to agents, tenants,  and investors
  • The number and size of lease agreements completed between July 2023 and June 2024
  • The number and size of projects under construction and in the pipeline
  • Geographical range of activities
  • The value and size of the projects between July 2023 and June 2024 (GLA)
  • The key tenants, investors and financial institutions that the developer works with
