Newcomer of the Year, Poland

The award is open to any new company that launched its operations on the real estate market in Poland or any company that entered the Polish market – by opening a new office or branch office in Poland – between October 2020 and June 2022 (inclusive) and has recruited new employees for this purpose. Submissions can be made by any company regardless of the profile of its business activity (e.g. investors, agencies, consulting companies, retail chains, hotel chains, etc.)

The jury will take into consideration the size of the team, the services provided, what makes the company stand out from the competition, and what new services or products the company is bringing to the market.
