Category: New Shopping Centre of the Year, CEE

Any shopping centre opened in CEE between October 2019 and September 2020 excluding modernizations and developments is eligible to be nominated. The jury will consider the reputation of the project, the tenant mix, the occupancy rates, the financial results, the level of local competition, the quality of the design and specification, BREEAM/LEED certification and also the success of the opening.

Assessment criteria:

  • The tenant mix
  • The occupancy rates on the opening day and in September 2019
  • The quality of the design and its specifications (for example BREEAM/LEED certification)
  • The concept behind the strategy to compete on the local market
  • Footfall between October 2019 and September 2020
  • The success of the opening
  • The financial results for the first year of operation

Please note that nominees cannot to use the Eurobuild Awards logo for marketing purposes without the prior consent of Eurobuild CEE.
