Tenants’ Favorite Warehouse Awards, Poland

The best warehouse, according to tenants, will be chosen from among 20 properties located,  throughout Poland.   • Have a minimum 1-year occupancy permit. The occupancy permit cannot be issued before the year 2020.
  • Have a minimum of 5 tenants.
  • Maintain an occupancy rate of at least 85%.
  • Have at least 1 certification from LEED, BREEAM, WELL; additional points will be awarded for the level of certification and each additional certification.
The survey has been prepared taking into account factors specific to the warehouse sector. It consists of 30 questions regarding various aspects of the office building's functioning. Tenants will rate key aspects of the office building they occupy, such as rent rates, location, actions for tenant community, and facility management efficiency. For most questions, the scale ranges from -5 to 5, where -5 indicates completely unsatisfactory and 5 indicates complete satisfaction. Zero has been omitted due to its ambiguous nature. The project with the highest score will receive the award.
