With a portfolio exceeding 399,000 sqm and a pipeline of 90,000 sqm, we’re shaping the future of everyday retail in Central Europe. As part of M Core, we are committed to three priorities: our investment partners, our tenants, and our people. For them, we deliver growth with stability, progress with responsibility, and expansion with vision. This award would not only recognize our results — it would celebrate a strategy that consistently turns ambition into reality.
