The Award is open to any office tenant who has opened a new regional office or branch office in Poland, or has changed its location (by renegotiating a previous contract) between October 2015 and September 2016 and recruited new employees for this purpose. The jury will look at the attractiveness, fashionability and modernity of the office fit-out as well as the location of the premises, what views it looks out on and the employer’s regard for the employees including what amenities have been made available to the staff. The size of the lease and the length of the contract will also be taken into consideration.
