Jury Awards

Any office project opened in CEE within the timeframe specified by the organizer excluding modernizations and developments is eligible.
The jury will consider the reputation of the project, the occupancy figures, its financial results, the level of local competition, the quality of the design and specification, BREEAM/LEED/WELL/FITWEL certification and also its development history.
