The award is open to any significant warehouse/distribution centre opened in Poland between October 2015 and September 2016 except for projects nominated in 2015. The jury will consider its reputation, occupancy rates, financial results, the intensity of local competition, the quality of the design and specification, BREEAM/LEED certification and the development history. Both built-to-suit projects, as well as multi-tenant projects, are eligible.
