Any shopping centre opened in Poland in 2012 is eligible to be put forward to be nominated. The jury will consider the reputation of the project, tenant mix, occupancy, financial credentials, intensity of local competition, quality of design and specification, BREEAM/LEED certification and marketing & organization at the opening.
