Any shopping centre opened in Poland between October 2015 and September 2016 excluding modernizations and developments is eligible to be nominated except for projects nominated in 2015. The jury will consider the reputation of the project, the tenant mix, the occupancy rates, the financial results, the level of local competition, the quality of the design and specification, BREEAM/LEED certification and also the success of the opening.
