Any office project opened in Poland between October 2016 and September 2017 excluding modernizations and developments is eligible except for projects nominated in 2016. The jury will consider the reputation of the project, the occupancy figures, its financial results, the level of local competition, the quality of the design and specification, BREEAM/LEED certification and also its development history.
