This category is open to companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on the WIG construction sub-index. Companies will be evaluated according to their financial results from January till October 2014. The following elements will also be evaluated: developments in 2014, market share, turning point events (e.g. deals done, or entering a new sector, construction projects complited), turnover on the WSE and share price growth in relation to the sector index, as well as future prospects. Besides the real estate professionals the jury consist of analysts and brokers from the biggest brokerage houses.
