The Popular Choice Award includes two categories. In Real Estate Personality of the Year, nominees are selected by the Organizer.
The Outstanding Non-Business Achievement category is open for submissions, allowing participants to submit social, charitable, employee-focused, or other non-core business initiatives.
Submissions for the open category are accepted from September 1st to October 15th, 2025.
The list of nominated projects will be published on this website after the submission period ends.
Companies from the CEE region are welcome to submit their entries, and approved applications will be published on this website.
In the part of the competition where the winners are chosen by the gala guests, there are two categories:
The pre-selection will take place on 28–29 October and will be conducted by the Jury. From the three finalists chosen at this stage, the winners in both categories will be selected by the gala guests.
The winner will be selected through a three-stage process.
From the submitted applications, the Organiser will nominate up to eight personalities for the award. In the second stage, the jury will shortlist three finalists. The final vote will take place during the gala and will be open to all attendees, each of whom will cast their vote using an electronic voting device.
The award is dedicated to an individual who has held a senior managerial position in a company (or companies) associated with the commercial property market, regardless of the company’s business profile, for at least the past two years.
The candidate should be highly respected within the business community and among representatives of the commercial property sector, with a proven record of making a significant contribution to the company’s growth. He or she should demonstrate strong leadership skills, foster a positive workplace culture, and have achieved a notable business result between August 2024 and August 2025. By virtue of their professional achievements and conduct, the recipient of the Personality of the Year award should, without question, merit this distinction.
