Panattoni Europe's, biggest multi-storey logisics project in Poland - eighth in a row investment for Amazon totaling a record 210,000 sqm and 4 levels with implemented Amazon Robotics technology. Developed on 22.62 ha of plot, the new building is a 317 m long, 182 m wide and 26.7 m high. The office takes up 7,500 sqm. Under an environmental certification process BREEAM Interim rating VERY GOOD. The floor area is as big as 29 football fields. The building is equipped with an intelligent building management system (BMS), LED lighting and motion sensors, systems for maximum reduction of water consumption, and the insulation of walls and roofs, as well as the tightness of the building. The implementation of the new center in Gliwice was a huge organizational and logistical challenge for Panattoni. The Warsaw Spire Tower has approximately 71,600 sqm of rentable space in total, including roughly 65,000 sqm of office space and the remainder used primarily for retail purposes. The Warsaw Spire Tower (building section A) is the highest office tower in Poland and has 49 floors. The office space is fully rented, among others to Samsung, JLL and MasterCard. The average remaining term of the contracts (WAULT) equals roughly 4.6 years. The tower is situated in the rapidly growing City Centre West district. The location next to the Daszynskiego roundabout on Plac Europejski offers excellent connections for private transport as well as public transportation, for example with a station in Warsaw’s new second underground line and numerous tram and bus connections.

JLL’s flagship non-business initiative is the annual Charity Real Estate Beach Volleyball Tournament organized under the patronage of the Polish Volleyball Federation. In its ten years’ history, the tournament has established itself as the most popular lifestyle and CSR event in the Polish real estate sector's calendar. It brings together teams representing both Polish and international companies (top developers, investors, advisors , legal firms, services providers and others) in friendly competition in order to help children in need. By registering for the tournament, teams support charitable organizations, and after the games, a charity auction is held. This year's event, held on 1st August at the La Playa Music Bar in Warsaw, set an all-time record – nearly 1.18 million PLN was raised. All of the proceeds were donated to the To Rescue Children with Cancer Foundation and will enable the latest generation of medical devices for innovative cellular therapies to be purchased for the Paediatric Oncology, Haematology and Bone Marrow Transplantation clinic at the "Cape of Hope" facility in Wroclaw. In addition, scientific research and early cancer prevention programs for children will also be funded. As Przemek Pohrybieniuk, President of the Board, To Rescue Children with Cancer Foundation, underlined – it was the largest single donation in the charity's 28-year history. Every edition of the event breaks many records. The 10th Charity Tournament wasn’t the exception – apart from the total raised, the event saw the largest number of players – 420 players in 60 teams, and a record of 2,500 guests.
