Galt takes many steps aiming at professionalization of the services related to the real estate market in Poland. In 2016 together with the Polish Council of Shopping Centers it conducted a research and prepared a report in which representatives of the commercial real estate market indicated the most challenging clauses in the process of negotiations of the lease agreements in shopping centers and presented recommendations facilitating them.

In 2016 Galt also established the Green Lease Group which will prepare the so-called “green schedule” to the office lease agreements. The document will specify the obligations of landlords and tenants in respect of proper use of green buildings and at the same time it will standardize currently functioning tools.
