Atalian Energy Solutions signed with Unibail two energy performance contracts (EPC), pertaining to the installation and operation of its « Energy Manager » solution on two Unibail assets : « Arkadia » shopping center (GLA = 114 000 m²), in Warsaw (Poland), and « So Ouest » commercial center (GLA = 48 500 m²), in Levallois Perret (France)
With this contract, ATALIAN consolidates its development in the sector of commercial centers, where its solution has been installed on ca. 30 assets in 6 European countries

We have a background in BMS Systems and we are experts in energy performance. We deliver extra savings on energy consumption in the buildings under our supervision. Savings are guaranteed and were worth 4 M €. Carbon abatement was 8000 tons.
ATALIAN carried out a Green House Gas emissions assessment for each of its Business lines in order to evaluate the carbon foot-print of its activities.
