Please say why your company should be considered for the award: Mayland Real Estate is the company owned by Casino Group which launched its development activity in Poland in 1995. The company developed Geant Leader Price grocery store chains and 14 King Cross - first large portfolio of shopping centres acquired later by GE Real Estate. In 2006 the company launched Mayland brand. In 2008 three new shopping centres were open: Karolinka in Opole, Jantar in Slupsk and Pogoria in Dabrowa Gornicza (25% of total new GLA in Poland). In 2013 Centrum Riviera in Gdynia opened. It was the most impressive redevelopment and extension of old 21,000 sqm GLA hypermarket based scheme to large 70,000 sqm GLA powerful centre. This centre has collected many prizes confirming its overall quality, performance, outstanding architecture e.g. vegetal facade, new technology applications, marketing actions. Currently the new 45,000 sqm GLA Centrum Serenada in Krakow is under development and new project in Warsaw will be launched soon.
