One of the biggest investment deals in the region in the last 12 months, the acquisition of this portfolio changed the logistics real estate landscape in CEE. P3 acquired the portfolio comprising the largest logistics park in Romania and two parks in Poland, from CA Immobilien Anlagen AG in February 2015. The portfolio had a combined total lettable space of 467,000 m2 and included almost 165 hectares of land for development. The purchase marked P3’s launch in Romania, doubled the size of its presence in Poland and confirmed the company’s status as one of top five logistics warehouse providers in CEE. As a result of the purchase, the size of P3’s estate increased to 2.9 million m² (it has subsequently increased again to over 3 million m2) and delivered a land bank in CEE for over 1.3 million m2 of further development. |
