ALCHEMIA is the most modern multifunctional complex in the Tri-City. ALCHEMIA is to ultimately become a centre consisting of eight multifunctional buildings. The phase I of ALCHEMIA covers two – 6 -and 8-storey – office buildings connected to a common 4-storey base. The rentable area is 21.651 sqm. Nearly 16.700 sqm is occupied by highest class office space. Another 4.600 sqm supply a sports and recreation facility offering a 25-meter swimming pool, a sports hall for team sports, fun climb zone, fitness, gym, cardio and other attractions. Apart from the above mentioned key functions, over 550 sqm is occupied by a restaurant offering 4 world cuisines. ALCHEMIA is the only project in the Tri-City with such a broad offer of accompanying services for offices. Completing the offer is nearly 400 parking spaces located on 4 levels.
