Brief information about the project from an architectural point of view: |
Miasteczko Orange is an attempt of an original interpretation of the contemporary definition of an office building as the corporate head office and place of work. The concept comprising five buildings connected on the first two floors is a response to functional requirements of the user – single tenant, while at the same time it satisfies specific requirements of the developer pertaining to potential future rental to a several smaller tenants. Intentional limitation of the number of the building levels to six gives the project a positive human scale. The internal garden, located in whole on the subsoil, is the actual living garden with 10-meter high platanus and hornbeams. The canteen with café offers the space for almost 500 people and connects conference halls and meeting spaces located around. Numerous pantries, kitchenettes, and informal meeting spots are located on all floors, in all office zones, and undoubtedly set a new standard and create a new character of the work space. |
