Brief information about the project from an architectural point of view: |
After taking into account all the restrictions, the designed building was given the letter L-shape. The underground section consist of two floors of underground car park. The central core with two elevators allows vertical communication between the floors. The ground floor is designed mainly for commercial services, there is also a representative entrance hall with public toilets. Floors 1-5 are designed for offices. Area layout allows the space to be divided in various ways: from dividing it into separate rooms of spaces between 50 m2 to 90 m2, as well as to be let to one tenant and to be used as an open-space. A distinctive element of the building is its northern and eastern facade, which is wavy. The facade is made of glass, structural and with irregular panes, some of which are hinged. Southern and western elevations are dark and windows are embedded in them in an irregular rythm. Front facades are made in a post-and-beam system. |
