Office Building of the Year, CEE

Any office project opened in CEE between August 2025 and August 2026 excluding modernizations and developments is eligible. The jury will consider the reputation of the project, the occupancy figures, its financial results, the level of local competition, the quality of the design and specification, BREEAM/LEED/WELL/FITWEL certification and also its development history.
