Nhood Services Poland carried out the 1st remodeling in 2011, and to date, 14 projects have been completed, including most recently: Auchan Komorniki Shopping Center and Auchan Mikołów Shopping Center. Nhood Services Poland carried project Management of whole processes including: replacement ceilings and floor, lighting with 100% LED, replacement of the electric installation, new relax zones, creating new food court zones, renovation of entrances, general renovation of toilets, repainting the facade, biodiversification (internal and external), introducing Oshoping quality sign. In addition, in Mikołów, we have introduced an additional 10-15% green space in the immediate vicinity of the shopping center, along with shopping areas and places for customers to relax.
The works reduced electricity consumption costs by approx. 11-15 percent and water consumption costs by approx. 20 percent. The shopping centers are becoming more functionally. The completed remodeling process affects the value of the property, its energy efficiency, biodiversity of surrounding, reduced carbon footprint, and increases consumer and tenant satisfaction as expressed in surveys.
