The largest acquisitions completed within the specified timeframe include strategic land purchases near Warsaw Chopin Airport and Wrocław Copernicus Airport. These high-value transactions secured prime urban plots for the expansion of City Park Warsaw and City Park Wrocław, enabling the development of over 27,000 m² GLA of new SBU space. Each acquisition required multi-stage legal, zoning, and infrastructure procedures.
Future plans
Ideal Idea is preparing a new, ultra-modern City Park Warsaw, set in a prime urban location designed for leading companies seeking the highest level of connectivity and prestige. This next-generation SBU complex will integrate A-Class offices with advanced logistics and technology infrastructure.
