Michael, who joined ING in May 2004, has over 30 years of experience in real estate lending, asset management, restructuring and workouts. He currently is responsible for ING Real Estate activities in EMEA (incl. CEE) as well as heading Real estate International Client Coverage activities. Prior to his current role, he led ING Real Estate lending activities in the APAC, USA, UK and Southern Europe.

ING is one of the top five largest real estate banks in Europe, with strong presence across CEE (Poland, Czechia, Slovakia & Romania). We provide secured and unsecured tailored real estate financing solutions including refinancing, acquisition financing and development loans. The current portfolio allocation is split between traditional and asset classes, including office, retail, logistics, and residential, and the balance to alternative asset classes such as student housing.
