We are delighted to announce our first European acquisition as an independent manager: Vibe A in Warsaw.
Vibe A is a 15,815sqm brand-new and sustainable office building in Warsaw’s most sought-after submarket: City Center West, a dynamic live-work-play environment with all amenities easily accessible, including shopping and dining opportunities and well connected by transport. The asset itself was delivered by Ghelamco in July 2024 to high specifications with plenty of amenities for tenants, reflecting Manova’s principle of investing in high quality assets in prime locations. Vibe A has earned DGNB Gold, BREEAM Outstanding and a Green Building Standard certifications and Manova is excited to welcome more institutional tenants to our tenant base. With this acquisition, Manova Partners now manages five office assets in Warsaw and has transacted €350 million in 2025 to date. We are proud to continue our long-standing commitment to Poland and the CEE region.
